因應行政院組織改造，本機關自101年1月1日起移撥行政院(院本部)，原有業務部分改制為「消費者保護處」，原委員會議改制為「消費者保護會」。本網站自101年1月1日不再更新，惟為利使用者查詢網站歷史檔案資料，網站將續開放至101年3月31日，並自101年4月1日關閉，屆時將改以網站數位典藏方式，於行政院網站（www.ey.gov.tw）提供舊網站庫存網頁查詢服務。至「行政院消費者保護會」新網站(http://www.cpc.ey.gov.tw)將於101年1月1日正式啟用。
